Toby is a young chihuaua that was brought in with his buddy Rocky.  He will serve his stray hold and if no owner comes forward, he will be available for adoption.

Toby is a typical chi that is standoffish but he warms up quickly as he realizes you are his buddy.  

He enjoys playing with his buddy but will make a great companion.
