BJ is a terrier mix - about 4 years old - and a little on the shy side. He is energetic, loves to explore and go on walks or runs. He is affectionate and playful with people he trusts, weighs 40 to 45 pounds, and is all muscle! The ultimate companion once he chooses his humans, he loves to play fetch, have belly rubs and tolerates his baths very well! He is protective, and does love to patrol his area, so a securely fenced yard is a must for him. New people will need to let him come to you - approaching his human or his fence isn't a good idea unless he's certain the approaching person is a good human (he is a product of animal abuse and understandably leery of strangers). BJ enjoys getting all of the attention; and would need a meet and greet with any potential fur-siblings.
